About the Artist
I'm Flissy, artist and maker of things.
My paintings and accoutrements all celebrate a love of pop history, lounge culture and aesthetics. The vitality of the colors, designs and images from the populuxe era (1950s &mdash early 1960s), proclaim an optimism and joy for life that we all can strive for.

About the Jewelry
The jewelry is all designed and handcrafted by me. The beads are primarily glass and stone. The necklaces employ a combination of these materials, blending naturally beautiful, often irregular stones and man-made glass in limitless forms, imported from all over the world. Each necklace is one-of-a-kind and uniquely created.
The glass window pendants employ a similar technique to that of crafting stained glass. Copper foil tape is used to hold two pieces of glass together, and it is finished with a lead-free solder. Images for the pendants are gathered from eclectic sources, or are drawn by me, and are further altered by collage, embossing and other processes.
Great care has been taken to ensure that your jewelry will be a lasting piece of art. I make use of the finest materials and personally developed construction techniques. If you have any questions regarding my pieces, please contact me.
